Midnight Tourbillon Nacre

The white mother-of-pearl dial with its hand-made volume on the surface

gives the Midnight Tourbillon Nacre watch distinguished discretion

and seductive style, making it the must-have accessory for the elegant man

of the 21st century. The dial, in white mother-of-pearl, is hand engraved

and recreates that unique and magical light of dawn, when the sun’s rays softly

light up the trees in the early morning. In the watchmaker’s expert hands,

the mechanical tourbillon movement takes the shape of the column

of Place Vendôme in a limited edition of 100 pieces.

Midnight Jour Nuit Watch

Legend has it that light and darkness have both lost their sacred nature

since their separation after the initial creation of universe. Since then,

darkness has been chasing light, wanting desperately to recapture its lost glory.

The Van Cleef & Arpels Midnight Jour Nuit Watch is a poetic interpretation

of the legend of the sun, moon and stars chasing each other.

With the dine veins created by hand carved techniques, the dazzling glow

of the sun outlined with gold or yellow sapphire and the moon depicted

by platinum or diamonds, look like having melted among the stars,

telling the true meaning of eternity.

Midnight Extraordinary Japanese Lacquer Series

The beautiful scenery in Japan has inspired Van Cleef & Arpels to create

a watch series for men. The Japanese lacquer artwork master Hakose San

has been invited by the brand to create the dials using his incredible skills.

The series has well integrated the introverted beauty of the Midnight watch case

and the delicacy of painted lacquer and the five designs in the theme of

traditional scenery, including the sakur (cherry blossom) and ryusui (running water),

all inspired by the masterpieces by Hakose San, and a limited quantity

of eight pieces for each design only.

Lady Arpels Extraordinary Hummingbirds Series

Hummingbirds are expert players in aerial acrobatics, and they take in nectar

and pollen from flowers with their long and curved beak.

Van Cleef & Arpels has paid their tribute to this lovely bird in their Lady

Arpels Extraordinary Hummingbirds series, namely, Berylline,

Ruby-Throated, Violet-Crowned, Blue-Throated and Calliope.

Each extraordinary bezel design is accomplished with excellent gem stone mosaic,

cloisonne and "stained-glass" by master enameller Dominique Baron

to create a vivid image of the bird and blossom.

Van Cleef & Arpels Poetry in Time

Lady Arpels Extraordinary Butterfly Series

For the first time, the "stained-glass" enamelling technique by master enameller

Dominique Baron is used for the Lady Arpels Extraordinary Butterfly series

to depict the movements of butterflies on a three-dimensional dial.

he case style was designed by Pierre Arpels in 1949 behind the famous PA 49 timepiece.

The simple design of the center buckle better brings out the richness and

extravagance of the dial. The wearer can also enjoy the private view

of the excellent carvings on the back of the watch case.

The five watches of the series are named as Parvana, Vanessa, Euthalie,

Kimama and Caligo, standing for the inspiring butterflies from various cultures.
