F1 King Power Tourbillon King Gold Ceramic
As the “Official Watchmaker” of Formula 1, Hublot is proud to present the first Tourbillon watch developed with and for Formula 1 World. In a limited edition of just 50 pieces,

the F1 King Power Tourbillon King Gold ceramic, 48 mm in diameter and

equipped with the tourbillon chronograph movement HUB7300,

features a 5 day power reserve, a special tourbillon cage and a balance

with an F1 brake disc decoration along the same lines as the watch bezel,

made from ceramic and with a circular satin finish in imitation of F1 brake discs.

The strap, stitched onto rubber, is made from Nomex, a synthetic fibre developed

by Dupont De Nemours, and used because of its very low combustibility and its thermostability for manufacturing the overalls worn by F1ä drivers.

The Confrerie Horlogere Hublot, the brand's highly specialised team

responsible for producing watch complications,

has unveiled a reinterpretation of the pocket watch

in the form of a gun cartridge, poetically christened "Liberty"

and housing a Tourbillon. The designers took their inspiration

from the concept of liberty to create an unusual Haute Horlogerie piece

the promise of escaping conventional interpretation.

To mark its 30th anniversary, Hublot is presenting King Power Tourbillon Manufacture.

It is inspired by the interior design of the workshops in Hublot's new manufacture,

this King Power houses a Tourbillon movement manufactured in-house

by the Confrérie Horlogère Hublot, specialists in complex watch complications.

The case, in microblasted black ceramic, measures 48mm.

The bezel is also microblasted black ceramic with moulded black rubber,

with 6 relief black PVD H-shaped titanium screws.

The crystal is an AR-coated sapphire and it is water resistant to 100 meters.

Movement is the hand-wound Hublot caliber HUB 6002 Tourbillon

with off-center hour and minute indicators at 12 o'clock and seconds

has automatic winding in both directions and a central rotor on ball bearings.

The rotor is done in tungsten carbide decorated with “Zenith Damier” pattern

Functions are hours, minutes in the center, a tourbillon: The carriage is positioned at 11

o’clock and makes 1 turn per minute. Horizontal power reserve indicator at 6 o’clock

The case, in black titanium, has a screwed grill made of black titanium.

It is an utomatic movement with a unique gyroscopic system that

ensures perfect horizontal positioning of the regulating organ.

The gyroscopic cage is made of 166 components, 10 conical-geared wheels

(with 6 spherical wheels) & 6 ball bearings. It has 45 jewels and beats at 36,000 bph.

Power reserve is over 50 hours. Measures short time intervals to a 10th of a second,

it has automatic winding in both directions and an excentered rotor,

done in Platinum, set on ball bearings.

The case is black Titanium, measuring 46.5mm X 21.4mm.
