Limes Endurance 1Tausend Diver

A New Diver for the Endurance Collection

The basic construction of the 1,000 meters water resistant

Ickler case remains unchanged. It has a new case bezel consisting of two main parts:

The inner black index scale and the outer numeral scale with

its 6 separate index elements for a better handling of the unidirectional rotating bezel.

The new dial with the predominant '12' has large luminous indexes

and together with the wide luminous hands the divers watch offers excellent readability.

The case, in stainless steel in a satin finish, measures 41.2mm X 12mm

and is water resistant to 1,000 meters. The crystal is sapphire and

the caseback and crown are screwed-in (as are the lug pins).

Movement is the automatic ETA caliber 2824-2.

Dials can be had in black or black/orange.

It is available with a rubber strap or a stainless steel bracelet.

Limes Watches will present at Basel its new Pharo Handwound

with Power Reserve .Movement is the high grade finished hand

wound ETA caliber 7001 with power reserve complication,

blued screws, Geneva Stripes decoration, a Glucydur balance and Nivarox hairspring.

The case, in stainless steel, measures 40.5mm X 9.4mm.

It is polished with a domed AR-coated sapphire crystal front and

sapphire crystal display. It has Ickler logo on the crown.

It is water resistant to 50 meters.

The dial features Fine Clou de Paris and sunray guilloche pattern with applied indeces.

There is also a two tone silver/gold plated version,

OMEGA has created a special watch – the Hour Vision Blue –

in support of ORBIS International’s fight against preventable blindness.

Working closely with OMEGA on the project is actor and brand ambassador Daniel Craig.

The OMEGA Hour Vision Blue wristwatch is a special edition of the stunning Hour Vision.

It has a 360° see-through case-body which is set in a robust 41 mm stainless steel outer case.

The legendary chronograph has a long list of adventures to its credit,

including every one of NASA’s piloted missions since May of 1963.

When Buzz Aldrin stepped onto the lunar surface in 1969 wearing

his OMEGA Speedmaster Professional, the watch achieved true iconic status.

In 2010 OMEGA is introducing a selection of 38 mm Speedmaster Ladies’ wristwatches.

The first of the new releases combines the robust sportiness and

Oris 110 Years L.E. 10 Day Power Reserve

Limited Edition of 110 Pieces in Stainless Steel and 110 Pieces in 18kt Rose Gold

To mark its 110th anniversary, Oris is proud to announce Oris Caliber 110,

the first mechanical movement developed from the ground up by Oris in 35 years. A hand-wound caliber,

it features a 10-day power reserve and a patented non-linear power reserve indication.

These two complications have never come together before.

Uniting them provided an exceptional challenge for Oris's in-house team of watchmakers and designers,

who worked with Swiss technical specialists and with L'École Téchnique Le Locle on the project over a period of 10 years.

Each caliber is hand-assembled and tested in Oris's Hölstein factory by their expert watchmakers,

some of whom have worked at the firm for over 40 years.

The case, in stainless steel or in 18kt rose gold, measures 43mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal,

a sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 30 meters.

Movement is the Swiss hand-wind Oris in-house Caliber 110 with 40 jewels, 21,600 vph and a power reserve of 10 days.

It features a single barrel and patented non-linear power reserve indication at 3 o'clock and small seconds at 9 o'clock.

It is comprised of 177 parts. The bridges feature edges polished and bevelled by hand. 

Oris'patented non-linear power reserve indication has a display at 3 o'clock on the dial indicating

the amount of power remaining in the barrel from 10 days down to zero. At the top of the scale,

the notches representing the days are close together; at the bottom they are further apart.

As the power is released, the hand moves clockwise around the scale, slowly at first, a

nd then more quickly as the notches become more spread out.

This gives the wearer a far clearer indication of how much power is left in the watch as the moment to wind it approaches.

The dial is oppaline-silver with applied indices and numerals with polished nickel hands.

It comes on a dark brown Louisiana crocodile strap for the rose gold version; and black Louisiana crocodile for the stainless steel version,

with matching metal buckles.

MSRP is 5,500 Swiss Francs for the steel model and 14,800 Swiss Francs for the 18kt rose gold version.

Oris RAID Chronograph Limited Edition

Oris is the new time keeper and Official Watch Partner of the RAID classic car rallies.

To mark the occasion of the 20th RAID Suisse-Paris race,

Oris is launching a limited edition chronograph with a dial design inspired

by the revolutions counter of a 1952 Jaguar XK 120.
RAID was originally carried out as a quality test in Africa by French car manufacturers.

Since 1991 it has been staged in Switzerland and France as a classic car rally

and sees competitors cover up to 1,000 kilometers on country roads

Oris pays tribute to one of the greatest jazz legends, pianist Oscar Peterson.

Piano keys – the piano was his favourite instrument – are reproduced

on a black grooved dial reminiscent of a vinyl record. Engraved

A year after the appearance of the FVa N° 6 SuperLigero Concept,

Franc Vila now introduces a flying chronograph tourbillon based on nanotechnology.

The new movement, like last year’s, is made of Lightnium,

but the design of the bridges has been inspired by the molecular structure of Graphene,

a recently discovered material.

While its density is very low, with a thickness equivalent to an atom,

it is 10 to 100 times more resistant than steel and much harder than diamond.

Omega Hour Vision Blue

OMEGA has created a special watch – the Hour Vision Blue –

in support of ORBIS International’s fight against preventable blindness.

Working closely with OMEGA on the project is actor and brand ambassador Daniel Craig.

The OMEGA Hour Vision Blue wristwatch is a special edition of the stunning Hour Vision.

It has a 360° see-through case-body which is set in a robust 41 mm stainless steel outer case.

The Hour Vision Blue is equipped with OMEGA’s Co-Axial calibre 8500,

the movement that signalled a revolution in series-produced mechanical watchmaking.

The self-winding watch is an officially certified chronometer,

a testimony to its precision and performance.

Its Co-Axial escapement on three levels means that the hour hand

can be adjusted independently of the minute and seconds hands –

ideal for travellers who regularly need to change time zones.

The Co-Axial movement can be observed through sapphire crystal in the polished,

screwed caseback. The Hour Vision Blue is water resistant to 10 bar / 100 metres / 330 feet.

Adding distinction to the timepiece is its sun-brushed blue dial designed

especially for the appropriately named Hour Vision Blue.

It has 18 Ct white gold facetted hour, minute and seconds hands

and features a date window at 3 o’clock.

The OMEGA Hour Vision Blue is presented on a black leather strap.

OMEGA will donate a minimum of a million dollars to ORBIS International over

the next four years and looks forward to its partnership with a remarkable organization

that has carried out programs in 88 countries and trained some 250,000

health care professionals while delivering quality eye care to more than

12 million individuals around the world.

Omega Speedmaster Ladies 38MM

The legendary chronograph has a long list of adventures to its credit,

including every one of NASA’s piloted missions since May of 1963.

When Buzz Aldrin stepped onto the lunar surface in 1969 wearing

his OMEGA Speedmaster Professional, the watch achieved true iconic status.

In 2010 OMEGA is introducing a selection of 38 mm Speedmaster Ladies’ wristwatches.

The first of the new releases combines the robust sportiness and

chronograph performance which have long characterized the line with

some touches of elegance not normally associated with the rugged Speedmasters.

Like the Speedmaster Professional, this member of the famous family

has a stainless steel case but it has been dressed up with an 18 Ct pink gold bezel

ring paved with 54 diamonds.

The COSC-certified chronometer is presented on a specially-treated

grey alligator leather strap.

The watch is powered by the OMEGA calibre 3304, a self-winding mechanical movement.

Omega Central Tourbillon Co-Axial Platinum Limited Edition

Limited Edition of 18 Pieces

Each watch is handcrafted in OMEGA’s Cellule Haut de Gamme (Tourbillon Atelier)

in Bienne by a select group of horologists.

In a Tourbillon movement, all of the main components responsible

for the timepiece’s precision are assembled in a rotating cage.

OMEGA is the only watchmaker ever to have created a central Tourbillon.

Its titanium cage rotates completely every 60 seconds,

offsetting the effect of gravity on the performance of the watch.

TOURBILLON TECHNOLOGY, DAZZLING DESIGN

The Skeletonized Tourbillon Co-Axial Platinum Limited Edition combines

the complex Tourbillon technology with dazzling design elements.

The movement has a luxurious sun-brushed pearlescent finish;

its bridges and mechanisms are hand polished.

The rotor with its sapphire plate has been newly designed and is etched with

the words “Limited Edition” and the watch’s individual serial number (out of 18).

The Skeletonized Tourbillon Co-Axial Platinum Limited Edition

is equipped with a Breguet balance spring.

The Central Tourbillon’s hands cannot be mounted on a central shaft

in the conventional way. They are etched on to sapphire crystal disks

and propelled by gearing at the peripheries of the disks.

The result is dramatic – they appear to float freely above the movement.
